Shipping and returns

All in stock artwork ships in 1-3 business days with USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size of the item and speed you require. Prints and custom framing require more time. Usually this takes 1-3 weeks but can be longer depending on the time of year and if any materials are back ordered. Our shipping costs are estimated so if you feel there is an error, please email with the item you are interested in plus your mailing zip for a more accurate quote.

If your art doesn’t meet your expectations, please email info@jessalinbeutler.com within seven days of receiving to discuss a return or shop credit. Do not return the art without first contacting us. If the artwork arrived damaged, please include photos in your email. For returned artwork, buyer is responsible for packaging and shipping the return within three days of return approval. We will provide pre paid return labels, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total of the reimbursed item. Buyers may not be reimbursed if artworks are not received in their original condition.


International orders

All country specific duties or fees associated with the purchasing of artwork is the responsibility of the buyer.

We prefer to use FedEx exclusively for international shipments because we have found this service to be the most reliable option. Even so, in the case your art is lost or damaged, we cannot be held liable and cannot offer reimbursement. Likewise, shipping times for international orders is highly variable and we cannot guarantee transit times. We currently do not have a good way for retrieving damaged prints or original artworks as returns so all international sales are final.
